In 1949, Boys & Girls Club of Alameda began small: operating from a local businessman's garage, and offering a space to safely enjoy recreation and learn from their elders in the community. 75 years later, and our remarkable staff supports hundreds of youth and teens in Alameda every week – young people who deserve the skill-building opportunities and positive mentorship they receive at our Club.
